Developed and owned by Ronan Group, Kilmore House is a Grade A office building that forms part of Ireland’s largest urban regeneration scheme at Spencer Dock.
One of a trio of interlinking buildings, this high specification seven-storey office block with ground floor retail and secure basement parking captured the imagination of Belgian financial services firm Fortis, who relocated to Ireland leasing 80,000 square feet of workspace for its new head office.
Today, it is the headquarters of ABN AMRO and Credit Suisse.
