ENERGISING THE ECONOMY

Improved infrastructure leads to new opportunities for communities locally and nationally, driving job creation, prosperity and a better quality of life.

Bremore Port on the Meath coast is a planned new multi-billion euro deepwater port and one of Ireland’s largest national infrastructure projects for many years.

It will deliver an essential logistics hub in the north east of Ireland; operate as a hub for green hydrogen; and serve as the landing site, assembly point and support centre for the turbines that will power Ireland’s off-shore wind industry.

Together, these functions will create positive outcomes ranging from increased employment in this region to allowing Irish companies expand their trade capacity with EU partners.

Better transport connections underpinned our placemaking strategy for Battersea Power Station. Our successful partnership with Transport for London and London Underground enabled us to secure planning permission for the city’s busiest tube line to be extended to Battersea.

Similarly, we were instrumental in extending the Luas Green Line to Central Park and Cherrywood in Dublin, leveraging local transport infrastructure to benefit commuting professionals and residents.
