Waterfront Commercial is part of the Waterfront South Central Development which encompasses a 4.6 acre site. Waterfront South Central was the last undeveloped city block in the Docklands. The site is integral to the urban regeneration of Dublin's Docklands and will become Ireland's first ever carbon positive campus.

Ronan Group was proud to host a topping out ceremony yesterday at the new European headquarters for Citi, the global bank, at Waterfront South Central on Dublin’s north quays. The building ranging from five to nine storeys over a triple basement will provide 459,000 sq ft GIA of state-of-the-art commercial space with the highest standards of design and technology. Citi will increase its footprint in Ireland and take ownership of one of the most sustainable buildings in its global real estate portfolio when construction is completed next year. Sustainability is at the core of the design for all three commercial blocks. All blocks will achieve LEED Platinum V4 and BER A3.

Waterfront Commercial will raise the bar for inclusive and integrated urban development. A large quantum of landscaped public open space and rooftop terraces is being incorporated into the development, aimed at providing a new favourite meeting space for this major urban quarter.
