Situated at the junction of Grand Canal Street Lower and Macken Street, Treasury Annex is an eight-storey office building comprising 103,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space. The Treasury Annex is attached to the main Treasury Building.
Practical completion of the Treasury Annex is due Q2 2025 and is being built by way of forward fund for a blue chip occupier.
