Fibonacci Square
Ronan Group has redeveloped the former AIB Bankcentre site in Ballsbridge to deliver the second largest Meta campus in the world. This office block, known as Fibonacci Square, is set to become Meta's new EMEA HQ.
The four 1970s office blocks have made way for two exemplar interlinked six-storey office buildings designed to promote collaboration and built to best international sustainability standards. This development has achieved LEED Platinum certification and an A3 BER rating. Furthermore, Fibonacci provides a state-of-the-art work environment and one of the most sustainable workspaces in Europe.
This is the second largest pre-let building in Ireland. It is to become Meta's new EMEA HQ and is set to accommodate over 2,000 Meta employees as part of a wider 14-acre campus that will be home to more than 8,000 professionals.
