40-42 Mespil Road

Formerly the headquarters of Irish Life, Pelican House was a 40,000 sq ft office building that made way for this new modern office complex comprising two interlinking seven-storey blocks on Mespil Road and extending to Burlington Road.
These high specification L-shaped blocks have a gross area of 257,000 sq ft overlooking the beautiful Grand Canal. Bank of Ireland Asset Management (BIAM) initially leased the Mespil Road block spanning 102,000 sq ft, which subsequently became the head office for Bank of Ireland Group.
